🔁 PLR & MRR LICENSES – YOUR PATH TO PASSIVE INCOME

At FLORNER.COM, we specialize in digital products that come with powerful licenses like PLR (Private Label Rights), MRR (Master Resell Rights), and more — giving you the ability to use, modify, and resell content (from eBooks and courses to original audio tracks) legally and profitably.

💡 WHAT ARE PLR AND MRR LICENSES?

Unlike standard downloads, these licenses grant you special permissions to reuse and monetize the product. Depending on the license, you can sell it, rebrand it, or include it in your own offers and content.

📝 1. PLR LICENSE (PRIVATE LABEL RIGHTS)

✅ Edit, rename, and brand the product as your own
✅ Use it in your business (e.g., lead magnets, webinars, blog posts)
✅ Resell the modified version (check product-specific rules)
🚫 Do not share or resell the original, unedited files

💼 2. MRR LICENSE (MASTER RESELL RIGHTS)

✅ Sell the product exactly as it is
✅ Your customers may also resell it
✅ Set your own prices and keep 100% profits
🚫 Do not modify the product content

🔁 3. RR LICENSE (RESELL RIGHTS)

✅ Resell the product to unlimited customers
🚫 You cannot allow customers to resell it
🚫 You cannot modify the product content

🙋‍♂️ 4. PU LICENSE (PERSONAL USE)

✅ Use for your own education, reading, or internal training
✅ Create personal backups
🚫 No reselling, redistributing, or editing allowed

💰 5. CU LICENSE (COMMERCIAL USE)

✅ Use in commercial projects (e.g., client work, YouTube videos, faceless reels)
✅ Monetize content containing our audio tracks without copyright strikes
✅ Profit from your usage (depending on terms)
📌 Often bundled with PLR or MRR for flexibility

🎁 6. GAR LICENSE (GIVEAWAY RIGHTS)

✅ Distribute for free (e.g., email bonuses or lead magnets)
✅ Build your email list by offering it as a freebie
📌 Sometimes combined with limited resell rights

⚠️ Important: Always read the specific license terms for each product — they may vary.
